Welcome to Hotel Candor Amigo. By making a reservation, checking in, or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

1. General Policy

• Hotel Candor Amigo is a hospitality property owned and managed by Shetty and Brothers.

• All guests must provide valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid ID proof is not provided.

2. Reservations & Check-In/Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.

• Confirmed bookings must be guaranteed with valid payment details.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are requested to maintain decorum and follow hotel policies during their stay.

• Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party.

• Unlawful activities, including possession of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited.

5. Safety & Security

• For guest safety, CCTV cameras are installed in public areas of the hotel.

• Guests must take care of their personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables.

• Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.

6. Food & Beverages

• Outside food and alcohol are not permitted inside the hotel premises.

• Room service and in-house dining facilities are available as per menu and service hours.

7. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made via cash, card, or approved digital methods.

• Taxes and service charges are applicable as per government regulations.

8. Management Rights

• Hotel Candor Amigo, under the ownership of Shetty and Brothers, reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

• The management holds the authority to deny entry or evict guests who fail to comply with hotel rules.

9. Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where Hotel Candor Amigo is located.
